"Which means she can also control snakes," Mina said.

"Then that means..." Trista said. "Faye was attacked by Stealth."

"Yes," Amy said as she read another page. "Stealth has the ability to turn into shadows."

"That's the one thing Sailor Shadow cannot do...Sailor Shadow can create shadow creatures,though.It sounds like part of the DNA was modified to allow Stealth to turn into shadows." Raye said.

[Lady Serenity]

"Has anyone ever figured out how these spawns were created?" Lita asked. "Or should I say, anyone remember who kidnapped our daughters to create such awful spawns?"

"My mind is fried," Mina answered. "Our girls must have been scared out of their minds when they were held hostage."

Lita slammed her fist on the table, but she quickly regretted it. With her fragile state, she felt her bones crack as she did. "Ow...that hurts."

Trista looked at her friend. "You are not young anymore."

"I still remember," Hotaru said. "It was some humanoid female youma who kidnapped our daughters,and created those awful clones."

Amy looked up. "Why do I get the feeling that youma was working for someone higher up?"

"You know," Mina said. "That does sound plausible. Not many youma can actually work on their own accord. They get too wild."

"King Arfer! Of course! He's the king of all youma,remless and those other monsters!" Amara said.


"What if it was his rival? Queen Nexus? She was the queen of all humanlike monsters." Raye reminded Amara.

"Yes,but King Arfer wanted more power,so he and his non human monsters declared war on Queen Nexus and her humanoid youma.The war ended with King Arfer killing Queen Nexus." Michelle said.

"Queen Nexus was killed shortly after our daughters were spawned." Amara said.

[Lady Serenity]

"Hang on a second here," Amy stated, pulling up her glasses. "Nexus spawned our girls, but then she was killed. What if King Arfer killed her for spawning the girls, because of how strong they are?"

"Crap!" Lita blurted. "Our girls are really going to have it tough. I just realized something. Those spawns are a part of us, which means they will be able to harness our planetary powers."

"So what if King Arfer has plans for these spawns?" Amy questioned. "What if he killed Nexus so he could control the spawns?"

"That's bad news.We must stop these spawns." came Kali's voice from the doorway. Everyone turned to see the old woman in the doorway-she had heard the last few minutes' worth of conversation.

"Oh! Kali! you should be in bed resting!" Michelle said.

"Don't worry about me,dear...I'm fine." Kali replied,walking into the room.

"How long have you been listening?" Amy asked, looking up from the papers.

"For about 5 minutes while I rested." Kali said. Amara filled the old shadow scout in on what happened so far,while Michelle excused her herself;it was her turn to go get groceries for the scouts.None of the elder scouts knew what Mai,Faye and Rosa were planning....

"So what you want to do?" Faye asked, getting slightly bored. She had been sitting around at the circus grounds for a while now.

"Hey-let's go to that youma island that we heard the grandmothers talk about.We can perfect our skills there!" Mai suggested.

"Good idea!" Rosa added. Both teens looked at Faye.

"Yeah. Why not go some place quiet and transform?" Faye suggested. She jumped from the bench, finally tired of sitting as well.

Mai and Rosa went into the nearby woods and transformed.

Faye followed along and transformed. Once she was transformed, she felt a little better. She would now be able to control her hyperness.

"That feels better," Fantasia said. "Sometimes I hate being my normal self."
