"That's a shame," Diane said as she left her homework and walked to the girl. "You lost your job."
"Hey at least you can now stay with us," Faye said with a little excitement as she made a shot on the pool table, sinking a ball.
"Did you want to attend the ball that's tonight?" Destiny asked.
"Tonight?" Sam snorted. "There's a ball every night. Luckily tonight is one of those nights we do not have to attend."
"I would think they would cancel because of the fight today," Melissa said as she watched her friend take another shot and miss.

Rosa went over to the games/puzzles shelf and took out a puzzle.She then started putting it together. "I'd love to go to the ball tonight! I've never been to one before." Rosa told the others.

Destiny and Faye looked at each other and smiled at each other.
"I guess that means we'll have to raid a closest to find her something," Faye chuckled.
Destiny walked over to Rosa. "We still have a few hours, but which closet would you like to raid first?"

Faye slightly pouted but then smiled again. "If you can't find anything in hers, there's always mine."
"She can raid all our closests if need be," Destiny remarked.

As they walked into Destiny's room, with the other four girls behind them, the room was similar to Rosa's new room, except the colors all around were soft blues. The room was full of elegance.
The group walked into the closet and looked at the formal gowns.
"Go and see what there is. You can even try some on to be sure they look nice for you," Destiny said.
"And if you'd like you would wear some of our jewels to look more Princess," Diane said. "I'm the only who really doesn't wear much jewels, except for a little tiara."

Rosa looked and found a soft yellow gown she liked.She tried it on,and it fit perfectly! The blonde also picked out a pretty necklace and a lovely bracelet,and did her hair up in a nice regal style.

By the time the girls helped her with Rosa's hair, it was time for them to get their gowns on. Sam shrugged and left the room to get ready. Originally she wasn't going to go but she decided the last minute that she would go.
Before long the five granddaughters were ready. Destiny in a soft purple velvet, Diane in a dark gray, satin, Faye wearing a green silk, Melissa in a forest green and Sam in a dark blue. All five were wearing strapless. Each teen also donned on a small tiara, but that was all for jewels.
"You ready to walk down in Princess style?" Faye asked.

"I think Grandma Amy and Grandma Mina will be," Diane said.
The girls continued walking until they reached a set of closed doors with two men standing beside the doors, waiting.
"Presenting," a man was heard from the door. "The Princesses."
The two men then opened the doors, allowing the girls to enter the room. The quietly walked in and stopped just before the stairs that was in front of them. And then they descended.

Rosa descended with grace and elegance. With Mina and Amy was Kali,smiling at the young teens. Kali was dressed in a long dark purple gown with dark blue trimming;the old woman also wore a dark blue necklace and nice dark blue shoes.

Mina wore an elegant lavender gown with with lace and lacey sleeves to the elbow. She had a set of earrings and matching necklace made of pearls. Amy wore a dark blue long sleeve gown. She only wore pearl type earrings.
Faye looked at Rosa. "Doesn't the Queens and Kings look fabolous? I love those glitter gowns."

The girls soon began to mingle along with the guests with the occasional dance or two. After awhile former King Darien came up to Rosa. He slightly bowed to her.
"You look lovely," he softly smiled. He bowed to her. "May I have this dance?" He held out his hand to her.
Diane looked at Rosa and smiled. "He always asks us to dance. It can be fun with the man who helped create Crystal Tokyo."
"Daine," Darien said. "I wasn't the only one."
