Trista softly smiled and allowed her powers to be revoked. A white beam came out of her.
When it was over, the elders looked at each other.
"We better tell our daughters and grandchildren," Lita said. "They need to know we are now defenseless."
"Not defenseless," Darien said. "I'm sure this will help prolong your lives a little more plus will now give our children a better chance to defeat this new monster."

"Why not this evening, during the normal time for the ball?" Darien suggested. "We are not having one again tonight and this can give us an opportunity to visit with our grandchildren and children. Yes one of Raye's Grandson's isn't here, but the other Grandsons are still."
Amy leant closer to Raye and whispered. "And perhaps our girls can show off their talents for us tonight and prove to everyone they are ready. I'm sure they will be proud, knowing we are no longer going to train them and they are trained."

"Speaking of tonight," Lita said. "It's almost time for dinner. We better get ready for it."
"Yes we should," Mina said. "We don't want to be tardy for dinner, or the girls will know something is up."
Mina and Lita stood up and walked out of the room to their own rooms.
"I think Lita and Mina have the right idea," Trista said and she quickly took her leave along with Lita.
Darien grasped his Queen's hand and also left the room. When out of the room, he looked at her. "Are you alright my love, you seem a little pale. Are you feeling the power drain from your scouts gone?"

Raye went and got ready for dinner,then went to Kali's room to help her get ready,and to wheel her to the banquet hall.

The elder scouts were able to make it to the banquet hall, just in time before the teens arrived. When the teens arrived, they realized something seemed out of place, but they couldn't put their finger on it.
The girls sat at their usual spots with their mothers sitting at their usual spots and the head table had the elders with the Queens and Kings at their own table.

Everyone ate their dinner.After dinner,former Queen Serenity asked all the scouts and the mothers to go into the ballroom,for the elders had an important announcement to make.

This got the teens confused what was going on? With the request everyone travelled into the ball room and waited.
"Everyone," Darien started. "I have some important news to tell you. Some of you will not like while others, I'm sure you'll be relieved. Just before dinner your elders had a private meeting. They all agreed it was for the best." Darien paused. "The Elder Sailor Scouts is no longer. They provoked their powers."
"What?" all the daughters in the room blurted.
The teens looked at each with shock.
"Please try to understand," Darien continued. "Our lives are indanger and we can not go around and continue using powers that you young ones need. We have 2 sets of Sailor Scouts, the 3rd is just beginning to slow you down, especially you young teen scouts. You have not had a training session since Lady Kali's collapse. It's up to you 7 now to train yourselves. We will watch you."
Faye looked at Destiny. "Des," she said. "Perhaps we should worry their hearts no more and reveal to them in what we know."

Hotaru stepped up. "The elder scouts are getting too old to be scouts anymore;and I'm getting old and starting to get arthritis.. using our powers is getting to be too much for us." the scout of destruction said.
Mai and Rosa silently agreed with Faye.

Destiny walked up ahead of everyone, getting everyone's attention.
"As much as it pains me to know we have no more trainers. I think it's time for us to be honest with you. I wish to now inform you that we have been practicing and training very hard since Grandma Kali's fall. I will stand around and let this great kingdom be destroyed once again like it was many years ago on the Moon when great Queen Serenity was killed giving her life to save the elders. I'm sure she would be proud of her daughter Former Neo Queen Serenity," Destiny pointed to Serena and then to Rini. "And her granddaughter Queen Rini."
Destiny called her friends to her in a silent hand gesture.
"Before anyway jumps down our throats let us show you what we have learnt. Girls lets call our powers."
The teens came forward and in a small 7 girl circle they began to concentrate and within moments, their power wands were directly in front of them.
