"Both," she pouted. "We just got a stern lecture. I'm heading to our room to get a shower while the chew out Faye and then when I get down, Faye has to get the shower and then I get chewed out."
"You two need to put away your childish acts. You're 15 not 10 anymore," Diane said.
"I know," Melissa said. "But it's so fun."

As Melissa continued on her way, Diane had to force herself not to follow Rosa. She knew her heart was going to ache and she knew she wouldn't be able to keep the secret for long. She slowly continued her walk to the main floor. When she got there, she made her way to the library to try and read a book until dinner.
"Mrs. Tenoh," Trista said. "I would like to thank you again for housing us and the teens."

"Once Destiny is healed enough," Trista said as she finished pealing the potatoes and went to wash them. "The teens will be going home. I'm going to miss them."

"They seem like nice well-mannered young ladies," Mrs Tenoh said." The opposite of Amara when she was their ages.Amara would have somewhat of an attitude,and she sometimes got into fights.Thank goodness Amara grew out of it..I guess she got tired of me calling her 'Amara Abigail Tenoh."

Trista raised an eyebrow as she placed the potatoes on the stove. "I never knew that. I guess I can see why she would not want to speak of her middle name. Amara doesn't have much feminity to her. She prefers that in Michelle. Those two really love each other."

"Yes,they do...I was so happy when my little girl got married to Michelle.They're always there for eachother through good times and bad," Mrs. Tenoh said,taking the steak out of the oven."I've seen too many young couples break up after a few weeks or months of being together,and it's really sad."

Knowing the woman all to well Trista turned to her. "I have a feeling Diane may want a relationship like your daughter and daughter in law. I fear on what her mother will think."

Trista smirked. "I suppose you are right. And I'm sure her Grandma and Grandpa who have the same relationship will help ease the pain in case she doesn't. If Diane has followed that path, I wish her the happiness and many long and happy years like your daughters."
