"Let's split up into groups," Sailor Moon said. " Mercury-you,Pluto and Teela come with me to see if we can find Destiny and Diane.Uranus-you go with She-Ra and Malachite and find a way into the Negaverse to rescue Mel,Marla and Kali. The rest of you will stay here and guard the temple."
Everyone nodded and agreed as Luna and Artemis stepped forward.
"Be careful,you all." Luna said.
In the Negaverse,Beryl locked each old lady into a glass pod,and started to drain their powers.
"This will take a few hours,but it will be worth it in the end.Soon,these old fossils will be out of our way,and their powers will belong to us." Beryl said as the other minions grinned in anticipation.

"We shall be careful," She-Ra stated.
"We have to help these people first," Bow said. "By getting our two back and saving their friends as well."
"Agreed," He-Man said. "Skeletor can wait. Besides we know he often will come find us."

"Right." Bow agreed.
Both groups went on their separate ways.
20 minutes after each group left,red blobs started attacking the temple.
"Oh,great-they're attacking here,too!" Mars said,using her fire power on a blob.
"These things must be scout magnets." Jedite said,helping bow attack another blob.

Zoisite growled. "They must be looking for the crystal."
"Well they are not going to get it!" Neptune stated. She used her deep submerge on a blob.

Moon,Pluto and Teela went back to the one-story office building. "Mercury-use your computer to scan this place and see if you can locate the whereabouts of Diane and Destiny." Moon said.
Malachite teleported She-Ra and Uranus into the Negaverse. " Be on your guard,everyone,and let's stick together. If things become too dangerous,I;ll need to teleport us out of here." Malachite said.

She-Ra pulled out her sword, being ready for anything. Uranus looked around seeing the ugliness of the place.
"No wonder it's called 'the Negaverse'. It's very dreary."
"If only the Soceress was here," Teela said. "Then she would have been able to help."
"Is she the one who brought you here?" asked Sailor Moon.
"She is."
Mercury did what her leader asked. "There's too much interference in the walls."

Malachite,Uranus and She-Ra quietly and cautiously went along until they saw 3 sleeping figures trapped in glass pods.
The warriors cautiously approached the pods. "Oh no! It's Mel,Kali and Marla!" Malachite said.
" It looks like their enerny and powers are slowly being drained away,according to this meter." She-Ra said.
" We've got to get them out of here!" Uranus said,and she readied her sword and started to charge at the pods,intending to break the glass.
Malachite grabbed the wind senshi's arm. "No! We can't be hasty,Uranus. We've got to study the situation first,and figure out how to release our friends witnhout causing harm to them or us." Malachite said.
Moon sighed in frustration. "There's GOT to be a way to find Destiny and Diane...." Moon said.
Pluto looked around. "Destiny,Diane-are you able to guide us to your location?" Pluto called out.

"This reminds of the time when Hordak was using slaves to make more power and he captured my brother, which is how I came to be what I am now. I used to work for the Horde." She-Ra explained. She began to think of a way to get them out of there.
"Help!" Diane shouted out. "We're trapped somewhere dark!"

Malachite and Uranus kept looking as well. Uranus noted that the pods were locked by a 4-digit numerical lock.
" All the locks are at 0000.....it's gonna take forever to try to find the right combinations...." She-Ra said.
"Well,we don't have forever,do we?" " Uranus snapped.
" Uranus-please keep your temper in check," Malachite said calmly.
" We have to focus on getting our friends out of here."
"Someone's coming." Uranus said,and she,Malachite and She-Ra hid in a nearby dark cave.
Beryl and the Animates came in.
" The pods have drained 10 % of their powers already." Lead Crow pointed out.
" Excellant," Beryl said. " Soon,we will have all the powers of these old fossils." Beryl gloated.
"What if their friends come and try to rescue them?" Tin Cat asked.
"They'll NEVER succeed,for they'll never be able to find out the correct combination of these locks," Beryl said. " They'll never be able to guess that the correct codes are the birth years of the old fossils."
Beryl and the Animates watched the pods for a little longer,then left.
" Did you hear that?" She-Ra asked.
"Yeah.It's a good thing I know the birth years of the Freelancers." Uranus said.
"Guide us to where you think you are trapped." Mercury called out to Diane and Destiny.

Uranus rushed over and did the combo locks, releasing their friends. "It's ok... I got you," Uranus as she opened. She handed her to She-Ra and then did the two. When the Freelancers were freed, Uranus went over to Malachite.
"Let's get out of here," She-Ra said.
"There's a hidden cavern," Destiny cried out. "Under the building. The blobs have left to attack the temple."
Sailor Moon looked. "I hope the others will be ok."

Malachite placed some time bombs on each of the pods,then transported him,She-Ra,Uranus and the Freelancers back to the temple.
The bombs exploded,totally ruining the pods and sending Beryl running in. The queen was FURIOUS to find out what happened.
By this time,the blobs at the temple had all been defeated.Malachite and the others teleported in.
" You rescued them!" Venus said.
" Get them to the guest room-there are four beds in there." Mars said.
The Freelancers lay on the beds and started to regain their energy.
Moon,Mercury,Teela and Pluto went to where Diane told them to go.
" Mercury-can you get a trace of them down here?" Moon asked the ice scout.

Suddenly the walls began moving like they were organic or something. Something was happening. Unknown to them, the blobs were returning and were too weak to realize they had intruders not far from those they were holding prisoner.
"Ahhhh!" female screams could be heard from within the walls. And they sounded close.
"What's going on?" blinked Teela, slightly frightened.

"I don't know,but we'd better get moving and find Destiny and Diane!" Moon said,and she hurried towards the screams,just as Teela,Pluto and Mercury did.

The walls continued to move as the girls kept screaming. They were feeling my pain from the movement of the wall. Soon enough the small group found them selves in a hidden cavern underneath the building, in an abandoned subway terminal. Both Destiny and Diane were in the ceiling, finally warn out from the screaming. The walls had stopped moving.
"There they are!" Teela pointed out.
