In my personal opinion, he's a lot older than any one thinks. I mean is anyone thinking of his time in the Negaverse?
It has been 1000 years since the Moon Kingdom is destroyed and he was already a man/woman. And who knows how old he/she really was when the Moon Kingdom was destroyed. But though he's actually over 1000 years old, we all know he doesn't look it. That means he/she's immortal just like the rest of the Negaverse. And here's another question ... was Zoisite always a member of the Negaverse or was he/she once human? If he was part of the Negaverse, what if he was actually already older?
So my answer is 21.
But if he was born in the Negaverse I like to think 1121ish
