If you have a custom skin you would like, just suggest it here or send a PM. Custom skins have to have a theme for Sailor Moon. So no color themes or anime themes.
What I mean for color theme is a skin that's done all in Blue, Black etc. It's got to have a character of Sailor Moon with it as well.
