Michelle smiled,and hugged Destiny back.
Clara and Tara were with the others,painting. Tara grinned,and made like she was going to put paint on Clara's new sneakers.
"Don't you dare!" Clara said to her sister.Tara giggled." I was just kidding," Tara said." I think I'll paint your shirt instead!"
"Clara.Tara.Enough fooling around.Get back to work." Amara said firmly. The twins quickly got back to work.

"Oh Grandma Michelle," Destiny cuddled into the old woman. "Soon your favorite hangout spot will be restored. I can still picture when I saw you two walk it here so young and so full of love. You two have a life time of love that I hope I will have one day."
Faye turned for a moment from washing a window as a cute guy walked by her. He gave her a wink and continued on. She nearly doubled over and dropped the bucket of water. "HE is so hot," she purred out in a dreamy like fashion. "I wonder what he would look like shirtless." Mai was standing beside her and she was not paying attention what her friend was doing.

Mai looked at Faye." Hey,Faye-did you see the cover of the latest Teen World magazine? It's got Jonathon Komada on the front cover." Mai said,cleaning the windowsill.

"Mmmmm..." she said in a dreamy tone. "That's nice. That guy is just so hot." she pushed herself against the window wanting to get a better look at the guy who walked by.
Destiny turned from her Grandma to see what Faye was doing. "Oh boy..." she said. "One thing is for sure, Faye won't be a homosexual. She's too boy crazed."

Sam looked up to see what her friend was doing. She smirked as an idea came to mind. She rushed out of the store and came up in front of the window, outside. She hand smacked her hand over the glass near Faye's face. Faye jumped and fell backwards taking the bucket of water with her.
Everyone turned to the crash as Faye fell over causing the soapy water to splash all over her. Sam starting laughing as she was still outside. Melissa looked at Faye and started to laugh as well.

"Sam!" Faye growled.
Sam walked back in rubbing her hands together. "Now with that out of the way, perhaps we can get back to work and not drool over guys."
Destiny also chuckled and went over to help Faye back up. She instructed for Faye to over to across the street to get dried off. Across the street there was a drying house, where you could dry yourself within seconds.

Moments later Faye came back. Her clothes were dried but her hair was still wet. The spilt water was cleaned up and there was a fresh bucket. Destiny looked at her. "Next time no man oogling and if you do, you will not be cleaning windows."
Faye pouted but but went back to work.

The food came,and Amara and Michelle started helping to unload it and put the food away.
Adeline took care of the menus after they were delivered.

Not long after those came, a brand new register came. It had the look of the old days but the front was modern day. Not long after that, new sets of tiles were delivered and they had set to work on putting them down. Destiny was grateful the teens didn't have to do and that it was being done professionally.

Soon,other professionals came to install the lighted signs,maintain the toilets,re-paint the parking lot and put landscaping in.

Faye had finally gotten the windows washed. Destiny, Sam and the twins started putting up nice curtains that looked identical to what was on there back in the day. Soon new tables and chairs were delivered.

The carpeting for the 60s and 70s sections were laid down before the furniture arrived. The signs for each section were hung up by the twins.
