"Well then why don't we go home then and get things ready for grand opening," Destiny suggested.
Diane walked out of the kitchen and went to the 70s section and sat down at one of the fresh new booths. She leaned her head back as tears came to her eyes.

"I nearly had us all killed because I frozed up." She looked at her Aunt. "I didn't want to tell you this because I know you two had your spirits broken and you were violated. I nearly was too. The snake demon was coming after me and she nearly did after Rosa and I were having a romantic night together. And seeing the 2 head snake made me freeze up."

Henrietta listened to Diane."Would you like me to take you to your grandmother? Maybe she can help you better than I can." Henrietta said.

Diane grasped her Aunt's hand. "No!" she blurted out. "Grandma Amy doesn't know what almost happened." Diane released her Aunt's hand and lowered her head. "My mom was violated..."

Diane pulled in closer and cried. "My Mom disapproved of me and Rosa and we all found out that she disliked homosexuals to the point she tried to kill your parents and Rosa. She was then stripped of her powers and banished." She sniffed and tried to breath. "She later was deposited in front of the Crown Royals with nothing on and was slimed, indicating she was violated. My Mom is dead now and Grandma Amy doesn't know it. She can't know or it will kill her." She paused again. "It would also kill her if she learnt of my problems with the snake demon. And I was reminded of it all today and it made me froze."

Henrietta took a napkin and dried Diane's tears."You've been through a lot..poor kid...I promise I won't tell anyone about this." Henrietta said.

"And that's why I didn't want to tell you," she sniffed, blowing her nose. "You have been through so much and lost so much. You never watched us be born or play with us while we were babies. I didn't want you to relive what happened to you. But I guess I had to talk to someone who didn't already know."
Diane looked at Henrietta. "You look so much like Grandpa Amara. I feel so close to you like I do with Grandpa Amara."

Henrietta smiled kindly and stroked Diane's hair." I have so much of her in me...I just wish I'd been there for her while she was growing old." the adult wind scout said.

Diane hugged the woman again and listened to her heart beat. As she relaxed, she whispered which slipped out. "Mama." She said it so quietly she didn't realize she said it.

Diane looked up after a few minutes. "I wish I had a Mom like you. But my Mom was a lie. She hated me being with Rosa. She could not accept that I like women."

Henrietta hugged Diane." She should of accepted you for who you were," the older wind scout said." But some mothers are just rotten and not very nice."

"I wish I had a mother again, I could use someone to talk to about my troubles."
Destiny looked through the little window where the waitress would tell the cook or give the cook what is to be cooked. She saw the bond forming between the Aunt and Diane. She smiled.
